Refund Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
Digital-product policy
The Louriex Shopify Conversion Package is a customized digital service with electronically delivered work and downloadable digital resources. Because digital materials cannot be physically returned and customized work consumes time immediately, all sales are generally final once fulfillment has begun.
When fulfillment begins
Fulfillment begins when any of the following occurs: you submit onboarding information; you provide store or collaborator access; we begin research, configuration, design, or optimization work; a customized file or resource is sent; or access to a deliverable is provided.
Refunds generally not available
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the deliverables, dissatisfaction caused by factors outside the stated scope, failure to provide required access or information, Shopify or third-party limitations, expected sales not being achieved, or requests made after digital access or delivery. If the customer has not provided all required information, content, approvals, or access within 30 consecutive calendar days after our initial written request, despite reasonable reminders and a final notice, the job may be marked completed and closed without refund.
Eligible exceptions
We will review a refund request when there is a verified duplicate charge, the purchased package was not delivered at all after the customer supplied all required information and allowed a reasonable opportunity to complete delivery, or the delivered files are materially defective and we cannot correct the defect within a reasonable time. Any approved refund may be full or partial based on the portion of work already completed.
How to request help
Email junreylomocso@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your name, order number, purchase email, and a clear description with screenshots where relevant. We may first offer troubleshooting, correction, replacement delivery, or a reasonable revision.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude refunds or withdrawal rights required by applicable law. Where a customer has a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right for digital content or services, any legally valid consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment regarding loss of that right will apply. Whop or a payment provider may also act where required by its binding terms or applicable law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback does not change the delivery records, access logs, communications, policy acceptance, or other evidence that may be submitted in response to a payment dispute.
